Scroll bars on WB4.3 not working

Hi I just installed WB4.3 on Win2k and come of the scroll bars are way out of wack
blank and blinking , can i some how go back to 4.2 ( even beta worked )

If you used SDC to install it and you archived your previous install, you can use SDC to restore the archive, but the last couple of Beta's were pretty close to being the release version 4.3 (any beta's with rc...release candidate...in the version number)

Just out , I'm downloading it now through SDC. It fixes scrollbar issues in Non-XP builds
