hey guy's,
I'm new here & don't much about comp. . but i tried installing dark lava theme last night & it kept putting it in my downloads & not my add-ons. why is this? i cant use it in my downloads.Also, when i try to download dream themes it says cant find ? to open. do i have to install ? to use ttis? It keeps trying to tell me to download file-cure or reg-work. HELP!!!

Do you have Impulse and the Theme Manager installed? You need Deskscapes to install dreams. You might want to hop on over to Stardock.com and purchase Object Desktop if you haven't done that already. You can use wallapers with no additional software but everything else requires additional software for your computer. Your best bet is to just purchase Object Desktop. Then you will be able to use themes and dreams. The first thing to do is install Impulse, set up an account that you will use for downloads and purchases, etc. and purchase Object Desktop. It comes with several different software packages. You will love it! Promise!

I cvan get this at Stardock.com? After doing this i will be able to use theme's & dreams? I appollogize for the repeating I'm really new with comp. This is my first one ever & i'm 38 yrs.old

If you purchase Object Desktop, it comes with Dreamscapes, the theme mananger, WindowBlinds, Sound Packager, Icon Packager and some other programs too. With WindowBlinds you can change the whole look of your computer with a single click. Some blinds come with wallpapers but you can also use any wallpaper you like. Once you install impulse, and purchase Object Desktop, you will install them using Impulse. You will be Waay Cool!! I will be up for awhile longer if you run into trouble. The WinCustomize staff are great too. Install Impulse, set up your account and then buy Object Desktop. It's like being a kid in a candy shop.
