I purchased Objectdock 1.9 a long while back and was trying to upgrade to 2.0 but the system will not recognize my original sign in email address.
What can I do?
Tried emailing customer support with no answer.

It can take up to 48 hours to receive a response, during which time do not update or you will be moved back to the end of the queue.
