XP and Vista windows of all programs expand over the taskbar with Fences installed.

With Fences installed the windows of all programs, when fully expanded, expand to fill the entire screen, covering the teskbar as well.

This does not sound like a Fences bug, have you tried uninstalling Fences? Does the problem go away?
