Any Skinners with time on their hands?

I would love the time to turn some of the wallpaper ideas I've had into full suites (including Dock icons, logons, CursorXP, WinMedia player etc), but a full time job tends to get in the way.

In particular, for my own desktop I'd love to find the time to turn this wallpaper:

into a full suite.

I can provide the Photoshop original image, but I'm afraid it's stupidly mostly flattened as I accidentally saved it that way while still working on it.

So, anyone out there fancy the task?

Unfortunately Skinner and time on their hands seem to be mutually exclusive terms...that image is good enough to base a theme on,why not give it a go yourself...you seem to have the capability.

...it's not capability, it's time I lack. I can work on a wallpaper on and off quiet easily, but creating a skin needs more dedicated time spent on it.

Hmmm - in hindsight, that last comment sounds rather arogant - making GOOD skins certainly isn't easy. I've decided to try my hand though, so I'll see how I measure up. Instead of trying to turn the idea above into something though, I've started from scratch with a different design. It'll probably be finished by Christmas

Hey, everyone knows good things take time so if it's scheduled to be finished by Christmas we should have a definate kick-ass skin on our hands...

Hey Sput - I'd be happy for you to run your design on top of my WMP9 skin, if you like. You'd just need to come up with a 517x19 background image and some buttons and stuff.
