Please don't take this as another moderator being biased.
The truth is, everyone is biased...and there's nothing to do about that. The central question is whether the bias (that everyone has) interferes with reasonable decisions. While I'm mostly a PPE kinda submitter, I can live with the decisions of others because I don't think the Mods have any huge enmity towards me, and even if they did, they are mature Community members who can compartmentalize feelings about people vs. feelings about art. Maybe I'm mistaken about that, but I don't think so. You are (of course) entitled to your own feelings but I think you should try to be as objective as you demand of others.
Hankers has called me on some points in which he felt I was being hypocritical, and although I know what I meant, he was right in calling it as he saw it. Damn it. I didn't want him to know that.
Look, I don't think I'm Picasso, nor do I think you are....That being said, a work is never judged by one Mod alone. It's done by three (I believe). What are the chances of three guys acting independently all trying 'to get you'? I'd say slim to none....but you're entitled to your view.
Just think of this point....for the sake of argument, let's say you're right. Are you winning any friends by what you're doing, and by the avatar change? In the end analysis, I'd say probably no. There is such a concept as "dead right". Is all the acrimony worth it? Aren't things tough enough on the site and in the Community right now? And yes, I'm guilty of whining about the booms/egads too.
It wasn't easy saying this. Hope you realize that.
