I am getting an error when trying to install Fences. The install wizards runs until it finishes then a windows error box title "Fences.exe - Bad Image". The dialogue reads:

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSCOREE.DLL is either not designed to run on Window or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
And has a single OK button.

I am currently running Windows 7 and a NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT video card.

I looked up MSCOREE.DLL and its either a browser helper object(BHO) or a registry file associated with Microsofts .NET framework. So I downloaded .NET Framework 4. Then I updated Windows and the graphics card via windows update. Then I ran Registry Mechanic.

Uninstalling Fences gives me the same error message but i was able to uninstall successfully. Re-installing again gave the same result. The program is installed but when i try to execute it that message appears.
