ObjectDock v2 is missing the UI element for doing backups. However, you can simply save the following folder and zip it, which is the same thing:
XP:C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus
Vista/7: C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\Stardock\ObjectDockPlus
