Well, both version 1.05 and 1.05a have the blue screen error 50 with my via chipset laptop that 1.0 had. 1.02 still works fine on my laptop - so whatever you guys did to fix it the first time, put it back in!

Just to say i installed V 1.05a till about 24H without troubles i got with 1.05

Sorry, 1.05b_test still doesn't work. I remember one of the older version used to work.

Forgot to mention, I'm running WindowsXP Pro SP1 with all latest updates and am not running hybernation (disabled).

No version has worked since 1.01
1.02-1.04 died on a black screen
1.05 & 1.05a gives me a BSOD

I installed the new version 1.05A. I also had to boot in safe mode and turn it off. System loops during boot process by restarting the whole system again and again.

I missed the b version posted here.. but I've now checked

No, this is not damaging your boot sector. In order to track down the problem we'll need a minidump of the blue screen. Minidumps are created in the windows\minidump directory each time the system blue screens(as long as they are configured to do so). To make sure you're creating minidumps, bring up the system control panel, advanced tab, and set the first combobox inside of "Write debugging information to "Small memory dump (64 KB)". Then when this file is generated, e-mail it to ian@stardock.com.

I cant get this to work at all. Even in safe mode, it loads the bootskin and then gives me a critical error IRCQ NOT LESS OR EQUAL.

My system is:
Windows XP Pro. SP1
Pentium III 800
256 MB RAM
GeForce II MX 400

I have the same problem a lot of people here are having: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Here's some of the Technical Information I was able to write down:

Well I do not know if you still do technical support for bootskins or not. But here is my system information:

I looked for the Windows\Minidump but no file was created after that blue screen showed up for that split second. Minidump is enabled but no file has been created.

The problem is the same with more than one computer of mine. This computer, listed above, is a 2000 model, I'm pretty sure. The other computer is a 2003 model. The thing is, when I set a boot skin, which ever it may be, the bootskin loads fine but then it, for a split second, shows the blue screen and restarts. After that restart, I have to press F10 and load it to "Previous known working settings". Anyway you can help?
