yes. open up skin studio and open the firestarter skin, in tools section up in the very top left click on and choose "start menu animation builder" from the drop down menu.
In the annimation builder, down the bottom there is a check box that says "do not loop" uncheck that box. and the last check box says "random delay" I would check that and add the number 70 in the number box beside it, otherwise there will be no delay between the fire bursts, and that can be rather annoying.
