Menu issues

I'm having menu issues whenever I try to do like the official tutorial says to do all I get is this.

And no matter how I mess with the margins it doesn't change a thing! Please help!

Stvie,

On the Start menu top section, check the "Extra settings" tab, once there, make sure the setting

"Hide the top section in the startmenu"is turned off/disabled and also look for the settings

"with of part"

"height of part"

"with of part (Vista/7)"

"height of part (Vista/7)"

those will control the size of the top part.
