Hey I recently downloaded the trial version of icon packager, so far it works great at the only detail that most of my applications icons got changed to default white sheet icon ... and most of the time i can't change to the original icon through the properties menu (sometimes it work but it seems very random) 

On a side note, i didn't managed to change the shortcut overlay on shortcuts icon.

see attached, (i manually changed the icons of the apps on the right so it's irrelevant, but on the "game" fence you can see that half the games don't have their proper icon).
