E_Dragon...this thread is over a year old.
It appears that quite a few people are having trouble getting thier software to activate this weekend. It could have something to do with the Game Stop purchase of Impulse. (If you're not aware, Impulse was sold to Game Stop earlier this month)
Since today is a holiday, I would wait until tomorrow and see if the problem is resolved.
There is no need in getting upset. If the problem's not resolved tomorrow, I would check with tech support to see if they can assist you in getting deskscapes going again.
Also, keep in mind that you are dealing with people that have feelings...being nice goes a long way in getting people to help you.
