Kickass is "Kickass"!!!

Edited After Seeing The Movie

My wife and I are going to see the new movie "Kickass" tonight. I really hope it's as good as it looks and not one of those where the previews show the only good parts. I really like the concept and premise of this one as I think anyone would who had dreams of being a Super-Hero as a child. Let's hope this movie is as "Kickass" as it's title (pun intended). I'll edit this post later tonight or tomorrow after I get back and let everyone know how it was. Who else wants to see it this weekend?

I kinda want to see it. At first, I thought it just looked stupid but a more in depth preview lead me to believe it will actually be pretty entertaining/funny. Let us know how it is

I read the comic today, actually. I just cannot fathom how the movie can caption anything even close to that. As I said in the thread where it was being posted, I find it sad that something as great as that comic is overshadowed by the movie, and being made famous by the movie, instead of the other way around.

I don't think posting torrents here would be looked kindly upon, so I'll refrain, but for those of you that are interested; Read the comic. It's excellent.

I was Batman...

Now I'm the Quantum Mechanic (my own super)...my girlfriend is the PMS Avenger...she only fights crime 3 to 5 days a month.(but O boy dont mess with her on those days)

Definitely. Liked him better than Christian Bale, though Bale did do well.

Now, Val Kilmer and George Clooney... they definitely were NOT Batman!

I agree both of them sucked in the role overall, I'd have to say Kilmer was a decent Wayne but a lousy Batman. Clooney was a decent Batman but a lousy Wayne.

I think they could have re-used Keaton in the new movies and it still would have been bad ass.
