I've found a rather odd bug in WB7 when applying downloaded skins. Upon opening a new browser window in FireFox, the titlebar/frame does not skin until I either open a full screen app or use window max/min. In the case of using a full screen app, every subsequent window skins properly, but in the case of max/min, only the current window skins properly and every subsequent window's titlebar/frame remains unskinned. This only happens with downloaded skins, as any skin originally packaged with WB7 skins the browser properly.

Anyone have any experience with this bug? If you need more info please let me know.
