I see it but have not used it and am not sure of the what or why of the frame builder. I assume that it has to do with annimation but......
would someone please let me know and is there a tutorial somewhere on this?

It's for doing the different states on your buttons. if you have made your button states as seperate images instead of a strip, you can import the images into the frame builder and sks will fix the spacing for you.
why don't you try it and see what happens.....you ain't gonna break anything
thanks, now that I have a better idea of what it does, I will. and I thought at first it had to do with animation
Its a great feature but be warned...check your image afterwards...it corrupted mine each time I used it...the corruption was slight but got worse with each use.

Never used it personally. Guess I'm "old school" and like to make my frame strips in PS
same here (but with PSP), I going through SKS7 item by item to see what is what and where it takes place. some interesting stuff with W7 but it would sure be nice to be able to skin IE8.
