One snippet that's stirred the interest of some of the newsgathering sites (I saw it over at OSnews first) is a column by Bill Nichols over at Byte taking stock of some of the less talked about operating systems.
Arguably Object Desktop could be listed "Deskop Alternatives" but an interesting read nonetheless. Now where did I put my DESQview/X floppies...
