Glass Command/Info Bar in Explorer

Busted.

I can't seem to figure out how to make a glass command bar and info bar in Explorer. I've inserted PNGs into the Glass sections in SKS and enabled direct alpha blending, but Explorer is still showing the old solid images.

Help please?
