Hi, Just thought i drop an idea for all the teckie guys here at Stardock. Theres a feature in windows 7 called PSR, (type it in your start menu search and play around with it, it will record all your desktop and program activity and package it in a neat little zip file readable in your browser, it includes text as well as pictures to show anomolies you may be having with either your windows enviroments or possible odd behaviors from programs you use. Could be a great addition for tech support.
