I tried deleting skins from my skins folder i made, then in window blinds i clicked Skin Options, rebuild list but the deleted skins are still there and useable!
If you delete the skins, do it through the config window in WB7.
Just make sure it's not the skin you're using. If you have wb's stored somewhere else, consider deleting the skin from there as well.
