I picked up Demigod for $7.5 - a nice deal Nothing else enticed me, unfortunately. Hopefully, there will be at least one more sale that I like. I would have liked to get Dragon Age:Origins for $37.5, but it was NA only.

In holidays per se: Disciples II Anthology. Tried to get Lords of the Realms (1&2) from GOG but my credit card is dead until next year (and therefore all my pending online game shopping) after some abuses (also known as complete Battlestar Galactica and the 3 seasons of Star Trek TOS).

The verdict is still out for me.   The holiday break isn't over.   What should I get?   Dragon Age?   I had one of these Christmas breaks before where I didn't particularly have any plans, so what I did was buy Ultima Online and gorge on it for 1 1/2 weeks.   And then the break was over, and I chunked it (back to work).  Too much player-killing.

Star wars force unleashed and link's crossbow trainer for the wii, and the new advance wars title for the ds.  Link's crossbow trainer is fun.

My Christmas present this year was the DA:O collector's edition. I'm on my first playthrough (apparently at about 13% completion).

I got PS3, Metal Gear 4, Uncharted 2, and God of War Collection. Looking at Batman for PC... I got Expansion for AI War on Impulse. I'll wait for ACII for PC... and hopefully on Impulse... Please! I preordered Mass Effect 2 on Impulse!

I bought Space Rangers Bundle (Space Rangers 1 & 2) by mistake, I've wanted Space Rangers 2 Complete. I emailed Stardock's support for a possible refund/swap to Space Rangers 2 Complete and got replied that that wasn't possible. I ended up buying Space Rangers 2: Reboot separately, then found out that I've missed a sale where Space Rangers 2 was USD$4.

Therefore, I've ended up paying much more than I would have needed to for what I wanted. Not a very economically sound holiday game purchase for me. This episode definitely soured my willingness to spend any more on games in the near future.

To make things worse, I figured that I wouldn't want to miss any more potential great deals and turned Impulse Now on to catch any limited time special sales. Dragon Age Origins for 25% off caught my attention and when I tried to buy it, I realised it's only for North America.

Just my dumb luck.

I am still playing Kings Bounty Armoured Princess like crazy and cannot cheat on it with another game. Finally I have let CIV IV rest and found something new. I am very difficult to please and spend much dineros on games that I hardly play (Fantasy wars, Gal Civ II, Sins of a Solar Empire, Etherlords II and the list goes on and on).

Last one I bought was Resident Evil 5 ...though I installed GTR Evolution most recently.....bought it ages ago....but hadn't installed it in fear of more issues with Starforce.

What I 'want' is the 2005 game of Starship Troopers which not only is from an Aussie developer, I believe....but is also prohibited here...so I'll need someone from the US to get it for me...and post it in a plain brown-paper wrapper.

That eff-wit Attorney General from South Australia needs a kick up the arse for kneecapping the gaming industry here single-handed.
