Thank you very much for prompt reply and link for possible solutions. I've downloaded tons of files and do not have any problems, except with Impulse. Turned off ZAPro; still no downloading of file, same error message. Will email Stardock customer support and request some other method to get upgrade, or else they can give me my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous and I'm not going to pay for something I can't even download to install. You'd be correct in deducing my frustration with their "system" and that I'm not a happy camper.
