Stardock's Object Desktop celebrated its second birthday from its original December 4, 1999 launch. It is amazing how far it has come and how risky the concept seemed at the time (A .NET software service many months before Microsoft would launch their own).
To celebrate this Stardock has released its road map for 2002 which contains some pretty surprising advances especially in the area of DesktopX which has some revolutionary new features in development. Check out the linked road map for more details.
