After installing and running the latest version of icon packager I am getting this weird problem Icons on my desktop look correct but when viewed in the save as dialog in firefox, IE or any  other app the icons are all blank. For some reason this is really annoying me. How do I fix it. Note I have not applied any themes on this windows install as of yet given the probems Iconpackager 5 caused me with live folders on my laptop

Note os is windows 7 ultimate x64

You may also notice that quicken and vmware player icons are working thats because the shortcuts change Icon option goes directly to an .ICO not an .exe like most of my shortcuts.
