and I'll keep my LG 24 inch monitor. Very few of the new ones run 1920 x 1200 and they're mostly TN panels now, too.

I will definitely get a DX11 vid card (Radeon 5850) when the prices come down a bit and a SSD after I learn a bit more about them and know which one to get. I may even talk myself into the Corsair 800D case, too.

Hey, MD, if you haven't built it yet, try going with these:

I'm using a very similar Foxconn MoBo (mine was actually discontinued) and this exact memory. Love the 12GB with Photoshop!

Phoon, I'm still searching for the right nick.

Mirsguy, my proc is a 1156 socket proc, not a 1366.

CarGuy, I've thought of using that one but Snidely died. I don't want anything remotely associated with that one.

Philly, you're right.

Doc, I'll get to Cincinnati someday. I hate driving in that town for some reason. It's worse than Chicago.
