WindowBlinds7 upgrade price

Hello All, I originally purchased WindowBlinds 6 and would like to upgrade to WindowBlinds 7. I can't seem to find an upgrade option, only a purchase and download for $19.95. Is there an upgrade price from 6 to 7 or do I need to re-purchase?
