WB7 will let me select Textures, Fonts, Transparency, etc. for an existing skin without any problems.
Using Skin Studio 7, I can open a skin and then create a copy of it using the 'Save As' option. When I reopen WB7 and select the new skin, the Textures, Fonts, Transparency, etc. options are now not available (e.g., grayed out). If I reselect the old skin again (the one I copied), they are available again.
Is this a bug or is there some setting somewhere that controls these options?
As a note, the image displayed in the WB7 Visual Styles area for the copied skins are displayed with the 'Windows Classic' image instead of an image of the skin like the other skins. If you click on it to select it, the big preview image displays like the skin...Puzzling?
EDIT: It appears that this happens if the first character of the 'copied to' skin is a '~'. Seems to work OK if it starts with a normal letter.
