I did.  Looks like he took Win7 and colored the taskbar green.  That's barely a beginning.

They have partnered up on contests from time to time (ie. GUI Olympics/Champs) and many-many people here are also there but that's about it.

What are we testing? You have the work under your 'scraps' gallery so we have no way of knowing what it is. A screenshot? A widget? A windowsblind skin?

No-one is going to download and run an executable from an unknown source.

Particularly not from Mediafire with dubious popups and soft porn ads.

What is it that needs a 13meg exe file?
