Indeed Jafo, but it's more than a variation of Vista IMO. Having zero issues on my work PC.
At home I've been having this issue. Explorer.exe stops responding and gives me the option to restart it. It never hoses my programs though even if they are running and this happens. I've searched high and low for the answer but to no avail so far.
7 is going to kill XP faster than a speeding bullet.
