Ok, this may be a little tough to explain. I go to the effects tab in Deskscapes and start clicking on the effects to get previews, from left to right, exploring my options. When I get a few effects in, clicking on the effect doesn't do anything, in fact, clicking on the next effect to the right will select it's neighbor to the left instead. As you get farther along, clicking an effect will start selecting the one 2 spaces to the left and so on.
I changed my DPI setting in Windows from 120 (where I had it set) to the default 96 and, voila, no more problem. I thought you should know that a non-default setting is making the UI buggy. For that matter, higher than normal DPI also makes a number of the Stardock UIs a little buggy: for example, the wallpaper selection in the new Windowblinds interface won't allow me to scroll all the way to the right without trying to roll back to the left (again, a little hard to explain, but this will not happen on the standard DPI setting).
I'm running Windows 7 rtm 64bit with an ATI Radeon 4850.
