Strange but I just posted something and it was deleted ???

Anyways,, I am having problems with my ObjectDock.  When I have an application over top like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, for example, I get areas on my screen that do not allow for mouse clicks or any function of the mouse.

It is always near the bottom of my screen but just above the objectdock ( if you were to go remove the application and look at the desktop ).

It is an odd and anoying problem. The only way I can get rid of it is to close ObjectDock.

I am using Vista 64 bit. Has anyone else run across this  ??  If so, pleae point me in the right direction for help.
