Expiration Clarification

I found my OD expiration info in Impulse > My Account > Registrations, However, I'm confused by too much info.

"Object Desktop Ultimate (Upgrade) July 26, 2010"
"Object Desktop Ultimate upgrade from standard and renewal: Feb 3, 2010"

When's the latest I can upgrade? Next February or next July?
