I don't find the reason why OD+ tabs makes my desktop freezing (Win7 Ultimate x64 legit)

It's very strange ; when I launch OD, the bottom bar appears immediatly, but the top (7 tabs) doesn't come visible before some minutes.

While this time, my mouse cursor still moves, but all the rest is frozen, not clickable at all.

And suddenly, tabs are visible, and all comes back to normal state.

Did you notice that, too ?

I found the problem : it's MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials ) which use too much CPU time+HardDrive by scanning what it should not.

Much threads on MsMpEng.exe & CPUtime.

Same impact when opening ControlPanel+Remove Softwares
