Logonstudio is the safest way to change your log on screen and it's free (both xp and vista). I don't know why anyone would use another method.

Well yeah, but I was wondering about those people that might like something I create but don't like installing software they will likely not use by once or twice.
Like, there should be a way that people can create the logon screens with this software and then easily distribute it to people who don't want to install the software.
Say, I run a company or organization and decide to give my staff custom logon screens for the organization. They shouldn't have to install some software just to install the screen. =/
I mean, obviously there is a way to install them without the software but i was hoping someone else had discovered it so I wouldn't have to. lol.
