Is it possible to use the restore function and go back to before you did the Windows update?

Or can you uninstall the windows update?

Is it possible that something else you were doing is the cause of the problem and didn't show up untill you restarted the computer?

I did not un install it no. I do remember when it happen tho I was installing CS$ master 30 day when my icon went to shit.

Try uninstalling CS$ master 30 day or whatever that is and see if your icons come back. Could be a bad install, a missing file or a corrupt one. Hope this helps.

That would do it. Can't load the icons if the program has no idea where they are.

You need to load an image editor. Gimp is a good free one if your on a budget.
