Title Bar

Hi Everyone

When i select save in office 2007 the title bar changes I cannot see any of the buttons on the top left I have to minimize and restore to ghet it back to normal but when I have my system in the windows aero it is fine this only happens when I have a windowblind selected.

Any Ideas?
