Changing font style in a TABBED Dock

The Tabbed Dock is a great way t organize and cleanup the Desktop. The default font however, is not good. The outline and shadow makes it difficult to read. I have found a way to change the font for a "Zooming Dock" but there does not seem to be a way to change the same item for a "Tabbed Dock"

This setting works for "Zooming Docks"

Dock Settings=>Miscellaneous Options=>Label Fonts

The description is “Show Labels on Zooming Docks”. Unfortunately I am using a TABBED dock.

What I need to know is if the code supports it or not. Does ObjectDock plus store this font info in the registry for me to edit?

Right click on tabbed dock, Tabs and Styles, at bottom there is a button to change the text font on the tabs. The setting you have posted will change the text on a tabbed dock for mouseover an item if you have that option set.

Right click on tabbed dock, Tabs and Styles

Right-click on tabbed dock, then choose "Tab Settings...", then choose "Tabs and Styles".

to change the font on the tabs itself you will need to go where you save all the docks to apply them (i think its public documents) and open up the dock configuration file with a text editor eg notepad and from there you will have to type in the name of the font you wish that style to use

I'm not saying this won't work, I'm just asking WHY?!?

If you read replies 1 & 2, Cavan1 & I have given the easy answer--the answer which allows one to change the font, size and style; then change it again if they wish. No hard coding needed.

mainly because that was what zubaz told me when i was asking how to do it, now i know an easier way also I thought you were on about changing the tooltip that shows up rarther then the font on the tab itself
