There are several network widgets out there, i would suggest downloading them and seeing how they work. There is no 'built-in" way to simply have it pick a network connection, there has to be be something setup to do that IE: Scripting.
As for rotating a slider, i am not sure, i have not used many of those in my widgets, and its been a long time since i have made one.
Again, i would begin all my questions by searching thru the widgets and seeing what others have done, and seeing how they have done it. that is how most of us have learned DX.
