Gallery Uploads

Is something wrong with the submitting to Galleries function?

I have been trying on and off for 24 hours now to make my first submission to the Wallpaper Gallery,
including having to change my nick from M-203 to Interceptor to create "My Site",
allegedly due to invalid carachters in my M-203 nick.
The progress bar runs to the end, and then after about 60 seconds I get this:

WinCustomize has always been slow around where I am, but this is ridiculious.

I checked....it got pp'ed on the 5-5-2009.I don't know why you didn't get an email....may have been site issues ongoing then.

Couple things to share.....Cars pics usually don't get thru at all (not even PP) unless it's of YOUR car. Another thing....you included the companies logo (which I commented on in moderation) Logo's are copyrighted material but it was limited in size and was allowed. Third thing is more of a consideration........NEVER start your comment with "I was bored so I did this". There are some people who put forth a great amount of planning & effort and still end up in the personal pages.

Edit: forgot to mention...something else I commented on......the minimum preview size is 1024x768.....for future reference.

Third thing is more of a consideration........NEVER start your comment with "I was bored so I did this". There are some people who put forth a great amount of planning & effort and still end up in the personal pages.

On a mediocre submisssion a comment like this will get less consideration than another skin; why should I care more than the artist, right?

And having no description at all . . . also a poor choice.
