Sometimes, but not all the time, I will get an error box from directx on exiting certain games and/or applications.

I am running Vista Home Premium 32-bit. Like I said this doesn't happen all the time just on occasion. I do have the latest version of DirectX 9.0c (march 2009) all my drivers are up to date as well as windows updates, etc etc.

I was just wondering if anyoone had a similiar problem and has found a solution.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
