Try following this link in Internet Explorer (Firefox and other browsers do no handle the file type correctly):32 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather.bat64 bit: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/install_weather_64.batsave the file and run it from your machine (right click and run as administrator for Vista) and follow it's instructions. This should resolve the issue.
