DreamScene disables on every start up due to a explorer didn't close properly error

I have deskscape and dreamscene installed. but dreamscene stop working on every startup due to explorer not closing properly, i don't know what cause explorer to not to close properly, i cheacked eventviewer there is no errors. **This only happands when i run active backgrounds** Is it because i have a laptop??

3 GB Memory

512 VGA nvidia
