I use Nuonsoft wallpaper cycler and had to uninstall fences.. because even if I tried to re-render wallpaper, go to next or previous wallpaper it refused to change.. nuonsoft just updates a single file called NuonSoft WPC Wallpaper.bmp with a new updated image. But with Fences this no longer works!
