Any item offered up as a derivative, addition, enhancement of anothers work, even one where the rights are bought, should have the license agreement/permissions contained within the upload. Even items offered under GPL or GNU would still have to contain the originating license agreement and any stipulations within followed.
In this case a small text file letting the Mod's know of the state of purchase and transferal of ownership,Copyrights would have been sufficient to qualm any question as to the legitimacy of the upload.
When I spotted it in the Library,I did not think any malicious intent was afoot. Just that Richard had simply forgotten to add the Zipped permission file, as I had no idea you could buy a model from cornocopia and make stuff from it to redistributed. * it wouldnt be the first time a skinner forgot to add the permission or license agreement within an upload, and wont be the last either*
Keep up the great work all
HG.
