Problem with the windows taskbar

I wan't to have a docklet to show/hide the windows taskbar, but if i use one like the program"runandhide" when i press alt+delete the windows taskbar shows up. If i choose the "hide windows task bar in the objectdock properties then i can't get the windowstask bar to show when i run "runandhide".  have altso tried the show/hide docklet by Andreas V https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=3449&libid=29

Please some one help me

I found the solution to my problem

-I lock the windows taskbar

-Then i go to the docklets menu and add toggle autohide, then i right click on the icon and go to dock property and change the command to "toggle hide taskbar" and now i only get my taskbar when i ask for it not when i open the launch the taskmanager!!!
