I posted this in a ticket to Stardock but the solution did not help me and support is a bit slow. So Im posting this here in hopes someone has a solution.

I have been having a bit of trouble with WB lately. When I use updates for some programs such as Spyware Doctor, or any program where the update window or any popup window pops up, the window seems zoomed in and is cut off at the bottom covering the bottom buttons. And when the window is updated, changed or clicked on, it automatically re sizes itself to a smaller window.

I have tried verifying WB in Impulse, reinstalled the update it found, and same issue. I know that it is Windowblinds because if I go back to the default Aero theme, the problem is fixed. Also when I have WB enabled with a skin, I cant start important apps like firefox or other important tasks because they crash automatically before they start. This is because of the messed up window sizes. Again when I disable the skin and go to Aero, the apps don't crash immediately and everything works as it should. I don't know why this is happening but I had the window re size problem yesterday and I even went as far as reinstalling Vista to start fresh, after I reinstalled and applied Prowler and some other skins, they all had the re sized window that was cut off and zoomed in.

I have tried Prowler, Aero Midnight and LED Matrix and also Zing. It happens when I apply ANY skin at this point. All popup windows are not sized right and I have no option to resize these types of windows. There is no double sided arrow for a resize, and the resize right click option is greyed out. When the winow cant be skinned all apps crash even the WB config. The Stardock tech said it was caused when the default system font is set higher than what is normal. My font has always been 96 dpi and i only change fonts via WB config. I tried applying 120 font then reapplying 96 dpi and it fixed one window size for only a few minutes, then the errors came back and keep coming back. 

Sorry for the long post but I can't use WB at all anymore and Iam paying for the liscense to a broken app. Its kind of annoying since I paid 79.99 for ultimate desktop, and Stardock offers neither remote chat nor remote assistance, nor phone support as i can find. Also my deskscapes problem was not fixed after 1 week of tech emails back and forth. I just deal with deskscapes pausing and stopping all the time for no reason. However this is getting rediculous since all i have left to use out of an 80$ package is icons and bootskins. Very frustrating lol. Thanks for all help, much apreciated! Some Screens..
