how to make my own winstep desktop

would be eager to learn

1. Go to Winstep.net

2. log on to Forums.

3. Click "Articles and Skinning" (last on the list: http://forums.winstep.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=342)

4. Download a Winstep theme and take it apart...to see how the author did things.
