Help, Crit error.

An Exception occurred while trying to run "Shell32.dll,Control_RunDll Desk.cpl,,@deskscapes"

When i run DeskScapes IT opens fine, but when i try to run any Dream a error comes up with An Exception occurred while trying to run "Shell32.dll,Control_RunDll Desk.cpl,,@deskscapes"

 

Ne ideas??

Is this error coming up when you try to apply a dream through the DeskScapes tab under Display Properties?  Or when you double-click on a Dream file?

This happens when I try to apply a dream through the Deskscapes tab under Display Properties.

When I double-click on a Dream file nothing happens.

 

I also seem to get the following error as of lately.

 

"Run a DLL as a App has encounted a problem and needs to close."
