Hi,

I posted this in the Off Topic Personal Computing section, and it was, apparently, deleted.  At least, I can't find it now.  So, here is my problem.

I have installed, uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled Fences 5 times.  The software installs normally, and the initial fences are created (I let the software create it's own).  The fences work, can be resized, locked, etc.  My problem is, that the Customize or Configure menu is not accessable to me.  If I right click on the desktop and click "Edit Fences..", I get a brief hourglass cursor and nothing happens.  No dialog box at all.  If I click on the Customize Fences ICON on the desktop, the dialog box "How to Configure Fences" pops up, but clicking Open Fences Settings, produces NO settings window.  Right Clicking Lock Fences on the desktop works fine, as does double clicking on the desktop to hide the fences.

Is there a known software confilict with fences?  I don't have too many customizations, with the exception of FireFox addons, and and OpenOffice installation.  I'm running WinXP SP3 on a standard HP laptop.  ALL help would be appreciated.  My colleagues here are running fences on identical sw/hw configs with no problems at all.  Looks great, hope I can use it!
