A little direction please.

changing toolbar icons

can someone point me in the right direction regarding information on changing the toolbar icons in windows explorer, internet explorer 7, win xp.

searched with no luck. would like to learn how to do this myself

Do you have icon packager?

Toolbar icons are not supported for IE7 in XP
